Cynthia Hamilton is a professional coach who helps clients create shifts in both inner and outer awareness. Drawing on the Enneagram, Spiritual Psychology, and extensive human-development training, she guides people to release limiting beliefs, access their own wisdom, and express authentic leadership in every area of life.

A former costume-production and educational-publishing professional, Cynthia blends creative vision with coaching mastery to help clients clarify their goals and manifest meaningful, lasting transformation.


Mike Murphy

Mike Murphy is a distinguished leadership coach and consultant with more than three decades of global business experience, including service as CEO of a multi-billion-dollar international enterprise. He specializes in cross-cultural management, startup scaling, and optimizing human and material resources.
Holding master’s degrees in Spiritual Science and Spiritual Psychology, along with degrees in Computer Science and General Studies, Mike integrates mindfulness and well-being into leadership development. As co-founder of the Institute for Next-Level Law and Leadership, he has delivered programs for organizations such as the Young Presidents’ Organization, MIT, and the National Black MBA Association.


Danny McFarland

Danny McFarland is a professional actor, personal-development speaker, and host. A former decorated deputy sheriff, Danny’s life changed dramatically after a near-fatal, line-of-duty injury. Defying medical prognosis, he healed himself holistically and embarked on a 14-year journey of deep study in holistic health, personal development, and spirituality.

Danny holds an M.A. in Spiritual Psychology, numerous coaching certifications, and is the co-founder of CoraMagic, a transformational program for at-risk youth in Los Angeles. He hosts the wellness YouTube channel H.E.A.D. Coach, co-hosts the podcast Conversations with Friends, and is producing the docuseries Spiritual Tramp. An inaugural graduate of INLLE, Danny has served on the Advisory Board for nearly four years.
